Carrot Broccoli


Ingredients:

Carrot - 2 (Large)
Broccoli - 10 Florets
Decicated coconut - 2 Tbsp
Salt

For Seasoning:

Redchille - 3
Urad dal & Chana dal - 1 Tbsp each
Mustards - 1 Tbsp
Oil - 1 Tbsp

Method:

Peel the carrot skin and grate it.

Microwave the brocccli by adding quarter cup water for 5 mins,drain the water and keep it aside.

Now heat the oil in a pan,once oil heats add mustards,redchille,urad & chana dal,when seeds start spluttering add grated carrot.Stir it and let it fry for 5 min.

Then add decicated coconut and Broccoli let it fry for another 5 to 7 mins and add salt according to your taste.

You can eat this as snack are even goes good with rice.
