Instant Tomato Pickle



Instant Tomato pickle surprised!? This I learned from my mother -in- law,it's really very easy and the tastes just Yummy.It can be preserved atleast for a month.Try this.

Ingredients:

5 Riped Tomato(large)
Red Chille powder
Salt

For seasoning:

4 tbsp - Oil
1 tbsp - Mustards
1 tbsp each - Urad & Chana dal
1/2 tbsp - Coriander seeds(Dhaniya)
1 Spring - Curry leaves
1 tbsp - Hing

Method:

First wash and cloth drain the tomatos throughly and chopp them into big chunks.



Then blend them in food processer or mixy to smooth paste keep it aside.(Dont use water,because the pickle will not lost long).



Heat oil in a pan,once oil heats add all the seeds and curry leaves.Once seeds start splutter add pasted tomatos,bring it to boil on medium flame for 15 min.

Now add chille powder and salt according to your taste,let it boil for another 15more minutes say till oil floats.Thats all.
