Mini Uttapam.............



Ingredients:

For batter :

1 Cup - Urad dal
3 Cups - Rice

grinding them very finely and left it aside at least for 5 to 6 hours for fermentation in a warm place.(Just like as dosa)

Then take

1 - Tomato (Medium)
1 - Onion (small)
Frist full Coriander leaves
Salt
2 or 3 Green Chillies
Oil

Method:

Chopp onions,Green chilles and tomatos very finely,then add this to the batter.

Now add Coriander and salt to the batter,mix it properly.

Heat pan on medium flame,by using spatula take 2 full spatula of batter and spread it slowly,and add 1 tbsp of oil and let it fry till it turns to golden colour.

Thats all its tastes yummy with coconut chutney.
