Rice Flour Rotis..:-))



Ingredients:


Rice flour( Bhiyam pindi) - 2 cups
Carrot - 1 Large(Greated)
Peanuts - 1/2 Cup
Greated coconut - 2 Tbsp
Onion - 1 Medium (Finely chopped)
Tomato - 1 Small (Finely Chopped)
Green chilli paste (As per your taste)
Chilli Powder - 1 Tbsp
Salt
Oil

Method:

Take rice flour in a bowl,for this add greated coconut,greated carrot,chopped onion and Tomato,green chlli paste,red chilli powder,peanuts and salt.

Mix it with warm water thoroughly and keep it aside for 15 mins.

Take lemon sized dough and place it on the greased sheet and gently pat it with your figures approximately poori size.

Now carefully Transver this on to the frying pan,and add 1 tbsp oil,let it fry till crispy.....

That's all,the best combination for this is onion chutney.

i have my own version of akki rotti which is much different from what u have posted here. u just have to give me stack of roties with chuteny and make me one happy person:)

Annu, I just love your recipe- it sounds so simple, but looks really special indeed. I've never before made rice rotis, and now I really want to try this.
