Potato with Peas/ Allo with Mutter



Ingredients:

Potato - 2 (Medium)
Peas - 1 Cup
Red Chiile powder
Onion - 1 Medium



For Seasoning:

Mustards - 1 Tbsp
Chana & urad dal - 1 Tbsp each
Green chilles - 2 r 3


Method:


Peel the skin and chopp the potatos into small pieces and keep it aside.

Heat oil,once oil heats add mustards,Chana dal & Urad dal,Slitted green chilles and Chopped onion.Let it fry till onions turns to golden colour.

Now add chopped potatos.Sprinkle little water and bring to fry till potatos tender

Then add peas stir it throughly and let it fry for another 5 to 10 mins.Finally add red chille powder and salt according to your taste.

Serve with rice are roti.
