Pappu chekkalu



Ingredients:

Rice flour - 2 cups
Roasted peanuts - 1/2 Cup(powder)
Bhuna chana dal(Pappulu) - 1/2 Cup(powder)
sesame seeds - 2 tbsp
Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp(optional)
salt
Red chilli powder
Oil for deep frying



Recipe:

Take oil in a deep bottemed pan and let heat on medium flame.Mean while

Mix rice flour,peanut powder,buna chana powder,chilli powder,sesame seeds,garlic paste and salt thoroughly by adding water gradually.(The batter should not be liquid just make it as roti mix)

Make small lemon size balls and press with your fingers on greased plastic sheet as shown in the picture below.



Now slowley drop them into oil for deep frying till turns to golden colour.

once done put it on the tissue paper to absorb the remaining oil,let it cool ,then store them in air tight container.
