Vegetable Fried Rice

I have had Fried rice back in India,but never felt like trying it at home.The other day we hade been to a Thai restaurent,the fried rice was sooooooooooo tasty and it made me try it.

To my surprise it is not that difficult to make.Let's check this....



Ingredients:

1Cup - Rice
1Cup - Chopped spring onions.
1/2 cup - chopped Carrot
1/2 cup - chopped Capsicum(lenghth wise)
1/2 cup - slitted Broccoli
1/2 cup - Chopped onion(medium onion)



2 Tbsp - Soya sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp - powdered pepper



1 Tbsp - Ginger & garlic paste
2 Green chilles - Finely chopped
Oil
Salt.

Procedure:

Cook the rice and add 1 tbsp oil to it and keep it aside.

Heat the oil in the frying pan.Add Ginger & Garlic Paste,green chilles,chopped onion,let it fry till onion turns to little brown colour.

Now except spring onions add all the chopped vegetables in the frying pan and let it fry for 5 to 10 mins.Then add 1 spoon of Soya sauce,stir it throughly and allow it to fry for 5 mins.

Then add cooked rice,remaining soya sauce and salt stir it properly without any lumps,allow to fry for just 2 mins and take out.

Garnish with Choppe spring onions,spinach,Chopped cherry tomato,thin slices of cucumber and serve hot hot with Hot sauce.

Note: Usually Hot sauce is available in the shops are else we can make it at home( I prefer home made.Presevatives are not good for health).
