Perugu Pachadi, Steamed tomato in Yogurt............




Ingredients:

Curd - 2 cups
Tomato - 1 Large
Cucumber - 1/2 chunk
Green chillies - 3 r 4
Bhuna chana dal - 1/2 Cup(Pappulu)
Salt

For seasoning:

Mustard seeds
Urad dal
Chana dal
Oil - 1 Tbsp

Method:

Micro wave tomato for 2 mins,then peel the skin out of it and mash it in to the curd.

Then great the cucmber and add to the curd along with salt.

Now by adding little water to the bhuna chana and green chilles blend it smoothly and pour this in to curd.

Finely heat oil and add mustards,urad,chana and pour into curd.........Thats all.

Its goes well with rice.

Never steamed the tomato and seasonned too :) Good with any Biryani and fried rice :) Happy Ugadi!
