Spicy Sandwhich




Whole wheat bread - 4 Slices
Onion - 1 medium (Finely chopped)
Tomato - 2 Medium (Finely Chopped)
Garam Masala - 1 Tbsp
Ginger & Garlic Paste - 1/2 Tbsp
Red chilli powder
Salt
Oil - 2 Tbsp

Method:

Take Oil in a pan,once oil heats add chopped onions and ginger & garlic paste.Let it fry till onions turns golden colour.

Add chopped Tomatos.let it fry till mushy..

Then add garam masala,red chilli powder and salt,add quarter cup water.let it cook for 5 to 10 mins.Keep this gravy aside.

Now On one slice of each bread,spread with sufficient gravy.Thats it.

You can have it as breakfast or starter or even to the lunch box.Its very tasty and easy to prepare.......:-)

That looks yum! Reminds me of open sandwiches we get in bakeries in Bangalore and Mysore! Nice crunch with the sev too

Hi Annu, Sandwich looks spicy indeed. I sprinkle some cheese on top and then toast them (love cheese) :D
