Lemon Rice/Nimakaya pulihora

For those who like lime, this is the very good item for them.......
When compare to Tamarind pulihore,this is very simple .......check it out.



Ingredients:
3 cups of Steamed rice
Lemons - 1 r 2
Chillies - 4 r 5
coconut - 1 tbsp
Ginger - small piece
Salt to taste

For Seasoning
Mustards - 1/2 tbsp
Chana dal - 1 tbsp
Urad dal -1 tbsp
Roasted peanuts -1 tbsp
Red chilles -2
Turmeric -pinch
Oil - 2 tbsp
Cilentro
Curry leaves

Method:

Squeeze the lemon and add salt to it and keep it aside

Grind green chilles,ginger and coconut without adding water

Now in pan add 2 tbsp of oil,then add mustards seeds,urad dal,chana dal,roasted peanuts,red chilles,cilentro curry leaves and grinded powder and fry for 2 min

Now add this sauted ingredients along with lemon juice to the steamed rice

Some times instead of using spoons its better to use hand for proper mix .
