Dry Gobi Manchuri

Dry Gobi is also called Gobi65,it is very tasty & spicy evening snack......



Ingredients:

1 medium cauliflower - Cut into florets
1/2 cup cornflour
1/2 cup maida/All purpose flour
1 Tbsp Red chillie powder
3 Tbsp Tomato Sauce
1/2 Capsicum (Cut into length wise)
1 Big Onion
Soya Sauce
2 Green chilles
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
Salt
Oil

Method:

Cut the Cauliflower in small florets and soak in water for couple of min's and drain

In a pan heat the oil for deep frying,mean while in a bowl mix corn flour,Maida,Red chilli powder and salt by adding water gradually and make it in semi solid batter.Now dip the florets into the batter and deep fry till golden colour and keep it aside.

In frying pan add oil,then fry onions till golden colour then add Green chillies,Ginger Garlic paste,finally capsicum,let it fry for 2 min,now add Tomato sauce,soya sauce,Quarter cup water and fried cauliflower,Stir once properly......
