Are you getting ready to prepare Fried rice........then try this
Ingredients:
2 cups - Steamed rice
1 cup - Grated Carrot
1/2 cup - Chopped Green Beans and onions
2 r 3 - Green chilles
1/2 Tbsp - Pepper/miriyalu powder
1/2 Tbsp - Mustard seeds
5 Tbsp - oil
Salt to taste
method:
Heat oil in a deep bottemed pan add mustard seeds,then add splitted green chilles and onions
Once onions turns to little golden colour then add grated carrot and chopped beans and close with lid,let it fry for 5 mins
Now add steamed rice and stir it properly,then add salt according to your taste finally sprinkly pepper powder and fry for 2 min,thats it ur done........
