Tomato Rasam


Today our lunch is simple ,but very tasty..........and even prepartion times is very very simple.
Receipe:
Tomato - 2
Tamarind very small
Sugar -1/2 Tbsp
Curry leaves
Cilentro
Salt
Rasam powder:
Black pepper -1/2 tbsp
Cumin seeds -1/2 tbsp
Coriander seeds -1/2 tbsp
Chana dal -1/2 tbsp
Grind all together and make fine powder.
For Seasoning:
Cumin seeds.
Mustard seeds.
Curry leaves.
Oil 1/2 tbsp.
Method:
Grind the Tomato by adding cup of water.
Take Tomato sauce in a vessel,add Tamarind water,sugar,salt,cilentro and Rasam powder(Bought from shop or home made...... I prefer home made) and boil it for 10 to 15 min
Fry mustards seeds,cumin seeds,coriander seeds,curry leaves in oil and add this to the rasam and close with the lid............Thats's it very simple
