Dondakaya/ Tindora Fry

I first tasted this fry on my aunt marriage,really it was Yam mi.My mother usually prepare this item with raw coconut,but this time i told about this item to my mom



Ingredients:

1/2KG -Tindora
1/2 cup - Both peanuts & cashew nuts(Roasted)
3 Red chillies
1/2 Tbsp Turmeric
Salt
Oil
Mustard's
2Tbsp 0f both Urad & chana dal

Recipe:

Cut each Tindora length wise,you will find end up with four-half's.

Now in a frying pan add oil,mustard,Red chillies,Urad & Chana dal,once mustard start popping add cashew and peanuts fry for 2 Min's,then add Tindora,sprinkle Turmeric stir it once,then close with lid let it fry for 10 Min's.Now add Salt according to your taste.Simple,goes very good with Rice.
