Kothimeera/Coriander karam



Recipe:

Cilentro - 1 bunch
Onion - 1 Small
Peanuts - 1/2 Cup
Red chilles - 5
Jaggery - 1 Tbsp Grated
Salt
Mustard's
Chana & Urad dal
Oil

Method:
Seprate the leaves and Young stems of cilentro,and mixer cilentro,jaggery,red chilles and peanuts coarsly without adding water

Now add oil in pan,once oil heats add mustard,urad & chana dal,once mustards starts spluttering add chopped onion,when onion turns to golden colour add cilentro paste and let it fry for 5 to 10 mins,finally add salt accoding to your taste......... thats all taste yummy with rice .
