Cabbage curry

My mother use to prepare 4 to 5 varities with cabbage,personally i don't like cabbage because of its smell while boiling,but this time when i saw fresh cabbage,without my notice i pulled into my cart.I tried this variety,it was very tasty.



All we need is
Medium size Cabbage
Medium size Onion
2 Red chilles
2 Green chilles
Salt
Mustard's
Oil
Turmeric pinch
2 Tbsp Channa & Urad dal

Method:
Cut cabbage into very thin strips and keep it aside

Now add oil in a pan,once oil heats,add Red chilles,chopped green chilles mustard's,Channa & urad dal,once mustard's start spluttering,add chopped onions,when onions turns to golden colour add cabbage and sprinkle turmeric, and Little water and let it fry for 10 Min's.Finally add salt according to your taste,that's all it is,tasty very good with Chapati.
