Tomato Rice

A couple of week's back we went to a North Indian Restaurent,there we had Tomato Pulao with Paneer Butter Masala,the Toamto Pulao was awesome.So,this week end i thought of preparing it,so finally i did it,here is the Recipe.



Ingredients:

Basmati Rice - 2 cups
Medium Tomato's - 3
Large Onion - 1
Green chilles - 2 r 3
Salt
Cilentro
Oil
Cashews



For paste:

Ginger - 1/2 inch
Garlic - 2 cloves
Raw Coconut

Powders:

Red chille powder
Dhaniya Powder
Garam Masal powder
Cloves -3
Bay leaves -2
Cardmom -2

Method

Firstly wash and cook the rice

Now blend the Ginger,GarliI and Coconut in to smooth paste

Now add oil in a deep bottemed pan,once oil heats add,cashews nuts, Clove,cardmon, Bay leaves chopped onion,once onion turns golden colour add chopped,Green chilles & Tomato,let it cook till tomato become mushy.Now add blende paste,Garam masalapowder.Let it cook for 5 mins.

Now in a bowl mix redchille powder with quarter cup water,now add this to the cooking gravy.Now add cooked rice to this and required salt and stir it properly.Finally add cilentro,thats all,enjoy spicy Tomato Pulao with any Raith.
