Maida Biscuits / All purpose flour biscuits



Maida - 1 Cup(All purpose flour)
Banana - 1 Small
Sugar - 1/2 Cup
Warm Water - 1/2 cup
Oil - for deep frying

Method:-

Blend sugar to smooth consistency,then mash Banana smoothly and add this to flour.



Mix to prepare tight dough,and let it rest for half an hour,as shown in the above picture.

Divide the dough to lemon sized rounds,roll out each portion into a round shape,like regular chapati style pressing .

Now, take a knife are Mould and cut it into desired shape.



Then drop the pieces in to the oil and deep fry till turns to golden brown (Don't over fry),then remove it from oil,let it drain

Store them in air tight containers.These biscuits remain fresh for week
