Rava Dosa



Rava Dosa is a crunchy, flaky Dosa that tastes Delicious.

Ingredients :

Rice flour 1 cup
Wheat Flour 1 cup
All purpose flour 1 cup
green chillies 3 nos finely chopped
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Carrot Grated 1/2 Cup
Oil
cumin's seeds 1 tsp
curry leaves few
Salt

Method :

Mix all the flours with salt and water to get Semi-Liquid form.

Then add green chillies,grated Carrot,curry leaves,Mustard & Cumin seeds to the batter




Heat the griddle and take ladleful batter and spread on the griddle starting from the sides.(But Rava is little diffult to spread as Normal Dosa),drizzle little oil on it,once turn to golden colour remove it and serve hot with any chutney.

This time the combination for Rava dosa is Pappula Chutney(Bhuna Chana) with fresh coconut and Coriander chutney.Here Comes the chutney

Pappula Chutney(Bhuna Chana)

1 cup - Pappulu/Bhuna Chana
1/2 Cup Coconut - cut into small pieces
2 r 3 Green Chilles
Salt



Take them all in a blender, add about half glass of water and grind to smooth paste. Remove to a cup.

For Seasoning:
Mustard's
Cumin's
Curry Leaves
Oil

Heat a teaspoon of oil in pan. Add curry leaves, half teaspoon each cumin and mustard seeds. When seeds start to splutter add this to chutney,mix it,that's all it is.
