Mirapakaya Bajji / Mirchi Bajji



Ingredients:

Mirchi - 10
Besan - 2 cups
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Tamarind pulp(or)sauce - 1/2 cup

Method:

Make batter with besan, riceflour, salt adding water.

It should not be too thick or thin,such that mirchi will be nicely coated.

Slit the mirchi lengthwise and take away the seeds(this will reduce little spiceness of the mirchis),keep it aside.

Lets heat oil for deep frying,once oil heats,Stuff the mirchi with the Tamarind pulp or sauce, dip in the batter and fry them in hot oil until golden colour.

Serve them hot with chopped onions.
