Potla kaaya paala kura/snake gourd curry

Potlakaya kura is very easy to prepare and very tasty, You have to pick young potlakaya.Hardly it takes 15 mins to prepare this recipe.All we need is



1 Piece Snake gourd
4 r 5 Red chilles
1/2 cup milk
turmeric

For seasoning:
oil
1/2 Tbsp Urad dal
1/2 Tbsp Chana dal
Mustards



Method:

Cut the snake gourd in to small piece add pinch of turmeric to this and keep it aside.

Take oil in a frying pan,once oil heats add mustards,red chille,urad & chana dal,when mustards starting spluttering add snake gourd and let it fry for 5 mins(make a note snake gourd cooking time is very less,so don't overcook).

Now add half cup of milk and let it cook for 10 mins.......that's all.Its tasty with steamed rice.
