Tomato Bruchetta



Couple of days back we went to an Italian restaurant,there we ordered for Bruchetta,that is the first ever time i tasted BRUCHETTA.It was really delicious.I thought of trying this recipe from that day,finally i got time today.......This is very very simple.It is very very easy,hardly it takes 15 mins or less.

Yummy starter are snack for any time......here goes the recipe

Ingredients:

3 - ripe tomatoes
1- pod garlic
4 - slices style bread, about 1/2-inch thick
1 - olive oil (or)Butter
Salt and pepper to taste




Preparation:

1. Wash the tomatoes. Chop into small pieces and keep it aside in a bowl.

2. Chop the garlic into very tiny pieces, and put them on the top of the bread slices,along with little olive oil (or) Butter.



3.Toast bread slices to desired brownness. Spoon the tomatoes evenly over the toasted bread slices, then sprinkle salt and pepper.
