Cabbage Kuttu

Usually we can prepare so many items with cabbage.In that Cabbage Kuttu is very Delicious recipe.My Sister is expert in preparing this.I learned from her,check this out.



1 Cup - Chopped Cabbage
1 Cup - Moong dal
5 Green chillis
1/2 Cup - Raw Coconut (Grated)
1 Tbsp - Jeera
Salt




For Seasoning:

Mustard
Oil

Method:

Pressure cook the moong dal for 3 whistles.

Grind the coconut,green chillis and jeera without adding water and keep it aside.

Now add tbsp oil in pan,once oil heats add mustards,when mustards start popping add cooked moong dal and chopped cabbage,add 1 cup water and let it cook for 5 mins.

Then add the grinded paste and salt,let it cook for another 5 to 10 mins.That's all.

This is best combination with steamed rice.
