Karela with Besan flour



Ingredients:

Kakarakaya - 2 r 3 karela)
Besan - 1/2 Cup
Red chilli powder
Turmeric
Salt

For seasoning:

Oil
Urad dal
Chana dal
Mustard

Method:

Cut the karela in to circular forms and then with the help of spoon remove the seeds and add little salt and turmeric keep it aside.



In a frying pan add oil,once oil heats add mustard,urad & chana dal,when mustard starts spluttering add karela,let it cook for 5 mins.

Now in quarter cup water mix besan without lumps and pour this to the frying kerala,let it cook for another 5 to 10 min on low flame.Sprinkle chilli powder and salt according to your taste.That's all,taste very good with rice.
