Rasmalai

Wow..!first time i tried Rasmalai, its really tasty. Before i made this at home,I thought its very difficult to prepare, noooooooooo its very easy. All we need is little patience and time thats all. Here is my way of preparing Rasmalai

1 1/2 CUP - Paneer(Home made (or) From stores,we can also prepare rasmalai with chees)
1 1/2 - Sugar
1/2 Cup - Half and Half Milk
Saffron - Pinch
2 Cardamom pods
4 Blended almonds
4 Blended Cashew nuts

For sugar syrup:

In a bottomed vessel add 1:1 ratio of water & sugar, bring it to boil till sugar dissolves into water, now add crushed cardamom.Let it heat for a another few minutes, remove from stove and let it cool.

Method:

Mix 1/2 cup of sugar with the paneer by using a spoon or hand mixer.

Make disc shape moulds, and bake it at 300 degrees, let it cool for 2 Min's,then carefully drop this into sugar syrup, let it soak for 10 Min's.

Now boil the half and half milk along with saffron, blended almonds, cashew nuts.Pour this to the above sugar syrup.

Let it freeze for hour are so....and serve it
