Sprouts are one of the most natural sources of Vitamins,Minerals,e.t.c.Sprouts are great snack.At home our daily breakfast is sprouts,These are very low fat food
All vegetables are much nutritious but Sprouts are living food.......we can do varieties of recipe with sprouts,this is my favourite variety
All we need is
1 Cup - Mung Bean sprouts
1 Medium - Onion
1r2 - Green chillies
1 Tbsp - Oil
Salt to taste
Mustard seeds
Method:
In a frying pan add Tbsp of Oil and mustard seeds,once mustard starting popping add chopped onions and slited green chillies,finally sprinkle salt
Now pour this into the sprouts (but don't cook sprouts,once we cook they lost the benefits) and stir is properly.........enjoy the delicious breakfast with orange juice
