Murukulu

I am not expert of makeing Murku,this is my first try........but wonderly it's really tasty.



Ingredients:

2Cups - Rice Flour/Biyampindi
1/2 Cup - Gram flour/Besan
3 Tbsp - Sesame Seeds
Red chilli powder
1 Tbsp - Butter
Salt
Oil

Method:

Firstly Heat the butter and pour this in a bowl of rice and gram flour

Mix together the flours with sesame seeds,salt and chilli powder.

Make a soft dough by adding water gradually.

Now take a small portion of dough and make a cyclindrical shape and drop this in to muruku mould

Now take oil,and heat till very hot in a deep bottemed frying pan,and gently press the upper portion of the muruku mould in to oil in circular form,let it fry till both side turn in golden colour,then remove it.........enjoy with hot Tea in this winter evening
