Carrot Payasam/Carrot Pudding



Carrots - 3 r 4
1 Cup - Sugar
Ghee - 3 Tbsp
Milk - Cup
Cardamom powder- 1 Tbsp



Method:

Grate the carrots and keep it aside.

Now in a deep bottomed pan add Sugar and 1/2 cup milk,stir it until sugar dissolves completely.

Now add Carrot,stir it once,then close it with lid,let it cook for 10 mins.Then add ghee and cardamom powder.



Finally add remaining milk. Take out from the stove.Thats all.
