Kothimeera Pulao / CIilentro Rice



2 cups - Rice
1 bunch - coriander
4 green chilles
1" ginger piece
1/4 Cup - Peanuts
1 Tbsp - Ginger Garlic paste
1 - Onion(chopped)
4- cloves
3 - cardamoms
2 - Bay leaf
2 Tbsp - Ghee
2 Tbsp - Oil
1 Tbsp - Mustards.



Method:

Wash and cook the rice till 3 whistle.

Now thoroughly wash and chopp cilentro.

Grind the cilentro along with green chilles and peanuts without adding water.

In a frying pan add oil and mustards,once mustards starts spluttering add cloves,bay leaves,cardmom,chopped onions,ginger & garlic paste,Let it fry for 5 mins.

Then add the cilentro paste,add quarter cup water,Bring it to boil for 10 mins,now add cooked rice stir it thoroughly and add salt according to your taste.Finally add Ghee on it.Thats all,enjoy with any raitha.
