Mamidikaya pachadi / Raw Mango Pickel

This is authentic Recipe in south part of India.Its very simple,tasty ,tangy and spicy pickle.All we need



Raw mango - 1
Red chilli Powder
Fungreek seeds - 1/2 Tbsp
Hing - Pinch
Chana dal - 1 Tbsp
Urad dal - 1 Tbsp
Mustards - 1 Tbsp
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Salt

Method:

Peel the skin and chopp the mango into small cubes,keep it aside.

Now in a frying pan add Oil,once oil heats add mustards,fungreek,hing,urad & chana dal fry them till all the seeds turns to golden brown colour on medium heat.

Take the chopped mango cubes into bowl and pour this on the cubes,add redchilli powder and salt according to your taste.mix it with your hand.Thats all.
