Onion Pakoda



Here is another Tasty Appetizer

In India in every corner you'll get to see Mirapakya bajji,pani puri and pokadas, and more over that taste is delicious.May be ingredients varies from hand to hand.Here my stle of Preparation.

onions - 2(Thinly sliced)
Green chllies - 5
Besan - 1 Big spoon
Rice flour - 2 Big spoons
Peanuts and cashew nuts - Quarter cup
Cilentro
Curry leaves
oil

Method:

Heat oil in a frying pan for deep frying.

With quarter cup water (Dont use water more if you want crispy pakodas)mix besan,riceflour,chopped green chilles,peanuts,cashewnuts,chopped cilentro and curry leaves,Finally add chopped onions.Mix this(Normally i use rice flour Quantity more instaed of besan for crispyness)throughly.

Once oil heats take around 1 to 2 tbsp of pakoda mix and pour this into the hotoil and let it fry till golden colour.

while its frying stir it so that it wont absorb more oil,once done remove from oil.Thats all.......... enjoy with hot Tea.
