Karam Dosa

Dosa is Heart Favourite for Indian people.Especially in south India Dosa is very common breakfast.We can prepare so many varieties of Dosa.This is one variety



Recipe:
For Batter:

2 Cup - Rice
1 Cup - Urad dal
Methi seeds - 1/2 Tbsp
Oil

For chutney:
1 Large - Onion
Red chillie powder
Salt

Method:
Soak the rice and urad dal together for 8 hours,then grind into smooth paste by adding 1/2 Tbsp of methi seeds by adding water gradually.Add salt to this batter and keep it aside...........Now come we will do Onion Chutney.

Onion Chutney:

There are few varieties of preparing Onion chutney like,by adding Tomato,peanuts,.etc
Here i updated the simplest way........

Cut the Onion into big chunks and grind it without adding water.Now take this onion paste in to a bowl, add salt and redchilli powder

Here comes the Dosa



Heat the Dosa skillet,mean while adjusting the consistency of batter,it should not be to thick or liquid.Pour a ladleful of dosa batter on hot skillet and spread it in circular form,then pour tbsp oil and then spread the Onion chutney on Dosa,let it fry for couple of minutes,now carefully remove dosa by using Spatula.........See how simple it is,enjoy hot hot Karam Dosa
